Hi, I’m Charnine a devoted home chef and organic gardener with a lifelong love for food, plants, and the stories they tell. The name “The Kitchen Greenhouse” is inspired by my grandparents’ greenhouse, where I spent countless childhood afternoons marveling at their ability to grow and nurture life. That little greenhouse was where I first learned the magic of planting a seed, tending to it, and eventually transforming its harvest into something delicious.

In the past year, I’ve embarked on an exciting new chapter, building my garden from scratch. From assembling a greenhouse to constructing raised beds, it’s been a journey of learning, creativity, and patience. This space is quickly becoming my sanctuary—filled with possibilities for cultivating fresh, organic produce to inspire my dishes.

When I’m not in the kitchen or garden, I’m usually traveling to explore new cultures or enjoying the company of my two playful cocker spaniels, Roux & Lupa who never miss a chance to “help” in the garden.
